| 摘 要： | 我国企业信息化已经历了二十多年的发展，随着Internet的迅速发展和我国即将加入WTO，提高我国企业信息化水平尤显重要。本文在剖析我国企业信息化的现状的基础上，讨论了影响企业信息化的环境因素，即网络建设、电子商务和信息资源的布局。
