经济发展中的贫富差距问题——区域差异、职业差异和族群差异

中国社会的贫富差距近年来在明显拉大,基尼系数已经到了国际社会公认的临界水平。如何分析中国的社会分层现状与社会流动机制,如何改善中国社会目前贫富差距继续拉大的趋势,积极化解社会矛盾,已成为社会学界普遍关注的问题。中国社会发展中出现的收入差异主要体现在三个群体之间的差异:区域差异、行业职业群体之间的差异、族群差异。政府统计资料和学者社会调查中所反映出来的存在于不同族群间的收入差距,如果采用问卷调查方法和统计分析,族群收入差距反映的主要是区域差异和职业,但是事实上也存在只与族群身份直接相关的就业机会和收入方面的差距,这与我国的民族政策相关联。
