| 摘 要： | 佛教、道教在唐代十分发达,国家如何对它们实施管理,史载有文,但并不清晰。本文通过新近发现的吐鲁番出土文书,论证唐朝政府管理佛教、道教的具体措施,使得这个问题终于明晰起来。把原有编户齐民的方法运用到佛教、道教的管理,厉行人身管理,从而完成了对佛教的全面控制。佛教作为外来文化,中国化问题学界研究已久,在思想中国化的同时,也有管理的中国化问题。这对于佛教历史研究亦有启发。
