| 摘 要： | 社会工作具有实践、专业和制度三个维度的性质 ,其本质属性是助人。实践的社会工作以社会工作实务的服务、行动和问题———解决助人 ;专业的社会工作以社会工作专业的知识、价值和技能助人 ;制度的社会工作以社会福利制度的理念、政策和项目助人。不过 ,这种区分只是在社会工作的历史发展上有意义。现代社会工作是三种性质社会工作的有机整合体 ,它同时具有实践、专业和制度三个层次的意义。毕竟 ,社会工作的专业化导致了专业化的社会工作 ,社会工作的福利化导致了福利化的社会工作。典型地 ,社会工作已成为现代社会的福利发送体系
