| 摘 要： | 面试是当今求职的重要环节,不同用人单位面试考察的侧重点是不同的。企业面试侧重个性发挥,公务员面试侧重共性发挥,应试者只有在了解用人单位的要求后,有针对性的做好面试前的准备工作,才能在面试中迎合用人单位的要求,取得面试的成功。

| Abstract: | Interview is one important step toward finding a job, but the key points are different in different interviews. Enterprises focus on the interviewees' individuality while community of the interviewees is stressed in civil servant interviews. Therefore, an interviewee can not satisfy his interviewer and be successful in the interview until he has well known the requirements and made enough preparations for it. |
