西部城、乡中学英语教师差异培训探析——以重庆市为例

本文以重庆市6个主城区及周边12个县/区的36所中学英语教师为调查对象,调查了西部地区城、乡中学英语教师的基本情况、专业素质、教学能力及培训需求之间的差异。在分析了城、乡中学英语教师不同培训需求的基础上,提出了对其实施差异培训的建议。

On the Discrepancy in the Training for English Teachers between Urban and Rural Middle Schools in West China——Taking Chongqing for Example

There are some discrepancies in the training of English teachers for middle schools in urban and rural areas in many aspects.Based on Chongqing,this paper surveys and studies the status quo of English teachers training for middle schools in urban and rural areas and analyzes the discrepancies of the training for the teachers in urban and rural areas in the perspectives of trainees,training demand and training contents.Finally,some measures and suggestions are presented.
