民族地区教师综合素质培训的思考

摘    要:推进民族地区教师教育工作,提高教师综合素质,选取《自修课程》作为主要培训教材。课程设置要侧重于更新教育思想,接纳时代性的教育观念,提高课堂教学策略于方法。在师德、教师理念、授课技巧三方面进行创新研究,包括培训基地建设、教育科研动力、实践技能于教学理论结合等因素。

Abstract:To push forward the education for teachers in minority region and improve the general qualities of teachers, Courses for Self-study can be used as the main textbooks. Courses offered in training schools should pay attention to the new ideas and concepts of education, and put the tactics of teaching in class into teaching methods. To give creative research on the aspects of teachers' example, ideas and teaching skills, it includes such factors as construction of training base, energy of educational research and combination of teaching theory and practice.
