义。新形势下，高校思想政治教育工作面临新挑战。从优化传统思想政治教育方式，打造网络思想教育平台，加强辅导员队伍
建设这三方面着手，可以提升高校思想政治教育工作的实效性

ideological education work is faced with many challenges. Optimizing the traditional ways of university ideological
education, forging the network ideological education platform, strengthening the construction of the counselor team
can improve the effectiveness of the university ideological education work. |
