凉山彝族死亡赔偿金的构成及其文化人类学解读

在凉山彝族纠纷中，只要有人死亡，就会有人承担相应的“???”即死亡赔偿金，属于彝族纠纷中“????”即死亡纠纷这 一类。通过实地调查、收集、整理、归纳与分析，发现凉山彝族对死亡赔偿金的分配有自己一套严格的“老规矩”。该规矩是彝 民族长期沿用、默认和遵守的，同时也被纠纷调解人应用在实际的纠纷调解中帮助对纠纷进行定性与定责。从彝族社会常见 的死亡纠纷出发，分析和了解本地视角下彝民族对本民族死亡赔偿金的分配方式及其文化内涵。

Content of the Death Compensation of Yi Nationalities in Liangshan and the Interpretation in View of Cultural Anthropology

In any death dispute, there is always some one to compensate for the death of people. With the information by field survey and data collected, the author believes that Yi people has their own set of strict rules on the distribution of death compensation, which is approved and is still in use today. The rules identify the liability cognizance of accidents. This paper purposes to study the content and the connotation of the death compensation of Yi people.
