失语症分类研究概述

迄今对失语症如何分类一直是一个引起争议的问题 ,不同失语症分类方法反映了对不同失语症状发生的不同研究立足点 ,从而导致分类方法多种多样。其中主要有两个对立的派别 ,一个是从解剖学出发 (解剖 -临床Geschwind 1979;Luria 196 6 ) ;另一种按心理语言学分类 (Head ,H .192 6等 )。本文从历时的角度对失语症研究分类进行综述 ,结合国内外神经学、解剖学及认知神经语言学研究成果 ,从不同侧重面对失语症分类作了介绍 ,为大脑的语言认知研究、尤其是生物语言学中失语症的研究提供了有价值的文献参考。

An Introductory Analysis on the Classification of Aphasia

Aphasia is well-known as a disorder of communication caused by brain damage. The history of the field has pre-curers in the very earliest recordings of medicine, but largely achieved modern form with the work of Paul Broca and Carl Wernicke. The classification of aphasia has remained as a quite controversial topic in that different categories result from diverse research methods and anatomical point of view and the other psycho-linguistically. The paper attempts to introduce the various classifications and categories chronologically, and grant insights into the progress of this field.
