| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告中提出要"以创业带动就业",要落实这一惠民方略,改善创业环境是关键.结合我国现阶段实际情况来看,政府在改善创业环境方面应发挥积极作用.我国政府应致力于完善创业政策,以健全创业融资机制为重点,并引导逐步建立完善创业支持体系.

| Abstract: | It has been clearly stated in the 17th CPC meeting report that Entrepreneurship shall be considered as an effective way to promote employment.The key to implement the strategy is to improve entrepreneurship environment.With current Chinese situation,government should play an active role.Our government should be devoted to perfecting entrepreneurship policy with the improvement of financing mechanism as the focus and promoting the construction of supporting system there of. |
