| 摘 要： | 本文通过对秦代官府文书和汉代告地策的行文格式的对比,认为所谓告地策的行文程式,实际上是秦代官府文书的一种照搬。如果按照这种官府文书的行文程式来检讨那些被认为是告地策的材料,我们可以发现,真正的告地策都是出土于湖北江陵一带,而且一共也就5块而已。

| Abstract: | By comparing the official documents of Qin Dynasty with the monody of Han Dynasty in format and the style of writing,it could be revealed that the format and style of writing in monody is actually a copy of the official documents in Qin Dynasty.However,if we adopt this official documents' format and style of writing to judge the approved monodies,it would be found that the real monodies are all excavated from the Jiangling County in Hubei province and only five in all. |
