| Abstract: | High tech industrialization is not only the main way to transfer economic growth pattern in China but also the major motivation for economic development. This paper analyzes the present condition of High tech industrialization in China and points out that financial difficult restricts High tech industrialization's progress. So the paper put forward a new idea of multi layer financing innovation system. |
