Interaction and Reference between the Study of Imperial Examination and the Study of Classical Academy

The Imperial Examination(IE) and the Classical Academy(CA) had encountered the common fate that they were both denied completely in modern time in China,but they both have great historical values.The study of IE and the study of CA have the identical nature that they are both belonging to special subject in the field of the traditional Chinese culture.They both need theoretical construction.They can not only cross-reference for each other but also interact mutually.On the one hand,the study of IE provides important theoretical foundation for the study of CA;on the other hand,the latter enhances the study of the former.Both can offer the historical experience for the reform of contemporary examinations and school education.
