| 摘 要： | 分析了网络经济环境下企业物流的组织与管理特征,研究了现代企业运作管理的物流过程及物流组织的协同机制,提出了基于网络的企业物流组织模式,在对网络化管理模式下企业物流组织过程中所产生的运作风险进行分析的基础上探讨了现代企业物流风险控制的策略和途径.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the organization and characteristics of enterprise logistics under the network economy, and studied the coordination mechanism between process and organization of logistics within contemporary enterprise. This paper suggested organizational modes of network-based enterprise logistics. Based on the analyses of operational risk, due to the organization process of logistics, this paper explored the tactics and approaches of risk control. |
