| 摘 要： | 从不确定性的角度出发 ,将我国农村土地产权制度模式选择纳入制度经济学的分析框架。通过分析当前我国农村集体所有制的所有权不确定性与承包期不确定性的根本制度缺陷 ,指出自耕农所有制才是我国农村土地产权制度的理想模式

| Abstract: | Proceed from perspectives of uncertainties, the ar ticle focuses the reform of farmland ownership institution into the spot of inst itutional economics. Through analyzing ownership uncertainties of rural collecti ve ownership in China and essential systematic defects of contract uncertainties , this article points out that owner-peasant ownership is actually an ideal mode l for the institution of farmland ownership. |
