关于构建以人为本的价值观的思考

从哲学上说,价值是一种人与对象相互作用而形成的关系,“价值”中掺杂着人的主观好恶的意识。因此,价值依人而存在。价值观是人们作出价值判断和确定价值取向的基本原则,人们追求价值的终极目的是为了人类的发展,因此,是否以人为本就成为判定一种价值观是否正确的标准。以人为本的价值观,应该凡事以人为出发点和归宿,突出人的主体性、创造性和发展性,突出人的核心地位。构建以人为本的价值观应该从三个方面来努力:一是坚持对立统一的认识观;二是坚持克己中庸的道德观;三是坚持和谐发展的社会观。

Thinking on Constructing the Value on Humanity

In the philosophical aspect, value is the relationship, which formed in the interaction between human and object. Value penetrates subjective consciousness. Therefore, value must exist with human. Value is the basic principle for people to make a value judgment and ensure the value aspiration. The destination of pursuing value is the development of human beings. Thus, whether the value is based on humanity is the criterion to determine right and wrong. The value, based on humanity, must emphases on humanity, stands out peoples' principle parts, creativity, expansibility, and core role. To construct the value on humanity must strive from the following three angles, in terms of insist on cognition of antinomy and unite, insist on morality of self-control and middlebrow, and insist on harmonious and developmental socialization.
