湖南省利用外商直接投资及对经济发展的影响

近 2 0年来 ,湖南省虽然在引进外商直接投资总量方面得到了长足发展 ,其来源地以及经营方式的结构却不尽合理 ,随着外商直接投资的不断增加 ,其对湖南经济发展所起的作用逐渐突出。特别是 90年代以后 ,外商直接投资对湖南省经济增长、技术进步和本地企业的影响越来越大。因此 ,引导外商直接投资发展 ,消除其负面影响已是当务之急。

The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Development in Hunan Province

Although we have seen a great increase in the total amount of foreign direct investment attracted into Hunan province in the last 20 years, the source of these investment and the target fields were not desirable. The increasing amount of foreign direct investment plays an important role in Hunan's economic development. Especially since 1990's, foreign direct investment has shown an increasing impact on Hunan's economic growth, technology innovation and local companies. It is imperative for us to guide foreign direct investment and eliminate the negative impact.
