| 摘 要： | 对国有大中型企业在进行资本运营的过泣中遇到的诸如政府如何适当发挥作用、外部因素的影响、资本市场如何完善以及资本运营与生产经营的关系等理论问题进行了的探讨，针对目前我国理论界和实业界对这些问题的不同观点，系统地阐述了作者的见解。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problems that the state-owned enterprises met in capital market op- eration. Such issues as how the government should exert relevant effeets to make the capital market per- fect, how the relations between the capital market operation and production management should be han- dled were included. The authors established their own opinion based on different standpoints. |
