| Abstract: | The Total Criminal Laws of Song Dynasty and The Systematic Explanations of Laws of Tang Dynasty were nearly the same,this proves that Song Dynasty inherited the institutions of Tang Dynasty; The Total Criminal Laws of Song Dynasty were not a pure reproduction to Systematic Explanation of Laws of Tang Dynasty ;Some words were added to The Total Criminal Laws of Song Dynasty, not to The Systematic Explanations of Laws of Tang Dynasty before. One can see that the proprieties of Song Dynasty were identical to that of Tang Dynasty. |
