论高校教育和谐与依法治校

教育和谐是社会和谐的基础,教育法治是教育和谐的保障。面对生态、资源、环境全面恶化,社会规范的有效性正在受到怀疑,教育腐败和学术腐败治理乏术等问题,认为高校教育和谐与依法治校二者相制约而存在,相辅佐而发展。依法治校要回应人文关怀、构建和谐校园、导入自尊自律、对接"三个文明",把和谐社会的主题融入培养人才、科学研究、服务社会的三大职能中,努力营造和谐的育人环境,逐步实现人和校园环境的和谐,人和教育制度的和谐,管理者和被管理者、教育者和受教育者的和谐、学术氛围的和谐以及教育与其他科学的和谐。最终实现人和自然的和谐、人和人的和谐以及人和社会的和谐。

Harmony of Higher Education in Relation to its Administration Based on Laws

The harmony of education, whose guarantee is the law administration, is the basis of social harmony. Under the circumstances that the ecology, resources and environment worsening; the effectiveness of the social rules being questioned;and the education and academy being confronted with corruption,the harmony of education and its administration should condition each other,and meanwhile assist each other. By corresponding to humane method; constituting harmonious campus; introducing the idea of self-respect and self -discipline ;being connected with "3 civilizations "; blending the theme, harmonious society ,into the following 3 functions: talents training, research , society service , administration of the university based on laws could create harmonious environment for education ,realizing the harmony between people and the campus; the administrators and the administrated; the educator and the educated ; academic atmosphere ,and the education as well as its surrounding disciplines gradually. Ultimately, the harmony between people and nature, people and society will come true.
