| 摘 要： | 从集群企业社会资本的特殊性与社会资本在集群融资过程中的嵌入性出发,通过对集群内企业之间相互合作的机制与集群内企业社会资本形成的特殊性的研究,将社会资本因素引入集群企业的融资过程中,分析了社会资本对集群企业融资的影响.研究表明社会资本在集群企业融资过程中能起到提供"软担保"的作用,充分发挥社会资本的作用,利用企业集群融资优势,构建集群内企业信任合作的网络关系,是解决中小企业融资难问题的有效途径.
