| 摘 要： | 经济增长中不仅包括生产要素的各自贡献,而且包括各种生产要素的协同作用的贡献(余值).生产要素协同作用水平决定经济增长率和余值的大小.生产要素协同水平差异形成的条件包括:1)组织的有效性;2)人的利益上的相干性;3)技术适应性;4)要素间比例的合理性.企业高效率的充要条件是生产要素间的有效协同. |

| Abstract: | Economic growth includes the contributions from both production factors and their co working functions.The co working functions decide the rate of economic growth and the amount of TFP (total factor productivity).The conditions that lead to the differences of co working functions among production factors are as follows:1)effectiveness of organization;2)coherence of personal interests;3)adaptability in technology;4)rationality of the proportions between the factors.The sufficient and necessary condition for high business efficiency is the effective co working among production factors. |
