汉代的孝治及其社会秩序建构的德化机制

摘    要:汉代统治者在社会秩序建构中以孝治作为德化的治道,希望把儒家孝道通过政治运作机制推行到社会共同体中,成为社会成员的核心价值,建立一种基于善良情感之上的秩序运作模式,在人类情感共通性的心理基础之上,以阴阳五行学说论证孝治的必然性,再以伦理感召为孝治提供了现实通道,最后通过礼乐教化与法制建构构成其制度化生活方式.汉代以孝治天下的治道之思,展示了其社会秩序建构的德化机制.

Abstract:The ruler of the Han Dynasty was as government way of the influence of virtues as the filial piety in the social order construction. They hoped that the filial piety of the Confucianism was carried out in the social community through the political operation mechanism, and the filial piety became the core value of society, established a kind of order operation pattern based on the good emotion. It had the common psychological basis of the human emotion, had the theory basis of the Yin Yang and Five Element, had the ethical impel as the realistic channel of realizing the rule of Filial, finally constituted its life style of institution through the enlightenment of ritual and music and the legal system construction. The thinking of dominant way that governed the world by the filial piety in the Han dynasty had the demonstrated the mechanism of influence of virtues in its social order construction.
