A Number of Issues regarding Technological Innovations in Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises |

| Abstract: | This thesis states the essential roles that small- and medium-sized enterprises play in technological innovations, analyzes that information is indispensable in the innovation of small- and medium-sized enterprises. From the perspective of technology transaction, it also exposes the risks ahead of small- and medium-sized enterprises brought by the asymmetry of information, puts forward certain solutions to reduce the asymmetry problem. |
