| 摘 要： | 面对日益激烈的市场竞争，必须要以全新的制造概念、技术和哲理引导制造业发展。敏捷制造作为一种崭新的制造模式和管理思想，充分吸收和体现了其他先进制造方式的优点 。在介绍敏捷制造概念的基础上，讨论了敏捷制造的特卢、与内涵，进而提出了制造业发展战略，对于促进２１世纪我国制造业变革与发展具有重要借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Facing the challenge of increasingly fierce market competition, people have recognized that manufacturing enterprises have to make quick responses to the customer's changing requirements in order to compete successfully in the marketplaces. Based on the core concepts of agility, the development strate- gies for manufacturing enterprises were put forward, which will have profound significance for facilitating the development of manufacturing industries in China. |
