| 摘 要： | 面向大学生的心理咨询已经在高校开展起来 ,但现有高校心理咨询人员的素质令人担忧。作者认为 ,心理咨询是一项专业性很强的工作 ,高校心理咨询人员应该通过接受专业教育和参加培训 ,掌握从事心理咨询工作的基本理论、基本技能和实践能力 ,提高职业道德修养和心理素质。最后探讨了培养、培训高校心理咨询人员的措施

On Improving the Qualities of Psychological Counseling Professionals in Higher Educational Institutions |

| Abstract: | Although psychological counseling serving college students has been started, people worried about the qualities of current counselors. In my opinion, psychological counseling is a professional work, psychological counseling professionals should master the fundamental theories, skills and practical abilities through education and training, so as to improve career morality and mental quality. Finally author approaches to the measures of training psychological counseling professionals. |
