空间与城市正义:理论张力和现实可能

正确理解"城市与空间正义"对把握城市问题本质、建构合理城市社会意义重大。当代中国城市发展同时地面临均质性与差异性两个难题,协调这种矛盾的一个重要选择是建构一种建设性的差异性正义,特别是一种"流动的差异性正义";不仅要以个体为单位,更要从集体、体制、制度等层面思考城市问题、城市正义;对中国而言,城市与空间正义的推进在很大程度上取决于能否找到合适的建构主体、形成合理有效的集体行动;需要反思城市化本身的节奏与限度,没有对人的生产欲望、发展欲望的合理限制,城市化本身能否可持续将是一个大问题;在应对城市问题的诸多方案中,技术不是解决问题的万能钥匙。

The correct understanding about"city and space justice"is of great social significance for grasping the essence of urban problems as well as constructing a reasonable city.Contemporary Chinese city development simultaneously faces two difficult problems as homogeneity and diversity.One important choice of coordinating this contradiction is to construct a constructive diversity of justice,especially a"mobile diversity of justice",that is to say,not only individual as a unit,moreover,we must think urban problems and city justice from the collective,structure and system level;As for China,the propulsion of city and space justice depends to a great extent on whether we can find the right constructing subject,form a reasonable and effective collective action;also we need to introspect the rhythm and limitation of urbanization itself,whether urbanization is sustainable,without reasonable limitation of human being’s production and development desire will be a tough problem;among numerous schemes dealing with urban problems,technology is not the master key.
