| 摘 要： | 风险投资公司人事管理策略是关系到风险投资企业能否顺利发展的关键问题。根据风险投资企业人事管理策略具有的特点,可把它看做一个实物期权问题。本文在分析了企业CEO年薪结构、能力判断、以及确定综合评价准则基础上,构造了风险投资公司人事管理策略模型,并进行了应用研究。

| Abstract: | The venture capital enterprise human resource management tactic is the key problem concerning whether the enterprise could develop smoothly. According to the characteristic that the decision of venture capital enterprise human resource management tactie has, this article regards it as a real option question. In analyzing the annual pay structure, ability identification of enterprise CEO, and confirming the comprehensive appraisal criterion foundation, this paper constructs the decision model of venture capital human resource management tactie, and carries on the application study. |
