我国家族企业治理模式演进的路径依赖与生存检验

家族企业治理模式的演进是一个遵循"路径依赖"和"生存检验"原则的家族企业自主适应性改变过程。基于家族企业治理模式路径依赖模型,本文分析了我国家族企业治理模式演进中外部宏观环境锁定与内部倒逼双重路径依赖效应及生存检验过程,并归纳了我国家族企业治理模式演进路径,发现家族企业治理模式演进路径具有多样化特性,且网络式治理是当前演进的主要方向。

Family Business Governance Model Evolution:Path Dependence and Survival Inspection

The evolution of family business governance model is a process of autonomous adaptive change of family enterprise under the principles of path dependence and survival inspection.Based on the path dependence analysis framework of family business governance model,this article first analyses the double path dependence effects which contain external macro environment lock-in and reversed transmission of internal pressure as well as the survival inspection process,then concludes the evolution path of this governance model,finally finds out that the evolution path is of diversified characteristics,and network management is the main direction of current evolution.
