| 摘 要： | 本文对我国外贸现状进行深入系统的考察研究，提出对外贸易质量这一理论观点，并就外贸质量的基本含义、衡量标准和重要作用等作了具体的阐述。文章还就如何优化我国外贸质量、实现贸易强国的历史性跨越，提出若干战略性对策建议。

| Abstract: | Abstract: With an attitude that is both as fact-based and courageous as is called for in any beneficial scientific and theoretical research, the present article seeks to present a systematic and deep-going exploration of the present condition of China's foreign trade,proposing to use foreign trade quality,a completly new theoreticsal concept that has not yet been used before at home. The basic implications, measuring criteria, functions and significance are elaborated and expounded. In the mean time,the article also poses some suggestions for strategic decisions pertaining to such issues as strengthening the country through streamlining China's foreign trade. |
