| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来的城市化进程,使得社区形态的演进呈现出独具中国特色的图景。政府主导的强制性变迁带来了"过渡型社区"的生成,失地农民与大量外来人口在社区中的共生引发了生产方式、生活方式、行为习惯和价值观念的碰撞、冲突与交融,也给"过渡型社区"的治理与未来转型带来了巨大挑战。"过渡型社区"的未来,影响着中国特色城镇化历史进程的未来,必须给予应有的关注。
