| 摘 要： | 项目群在其生命周期中随时面对风险的来临,风险信息存在于每个项目群参与者的头脑之中。本文以知识管理理论为指导,建立了项目群风险知识集成模型,为进行风险应对、监控提供了一定的理论基础,为完善项目群风险管理理论进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | There are risks in programs at any moment during the life cycle. The risk information exists in the minds of all participants. According to the knowledge management theory, this article sets up an integration model of program risk knowledge, which provides a theoretical foundation for risk control and supervision. It makes an instructive exploration in the improvement of program risk management theory. |
