| 摘 要： | 信息时代企业的外部环境复杂多变,企业的竞争优势以更快的速度创造出来然后被新的优势所取代,为了取得可持续的竞争优势,企业应建立动态能力,对现有能力进行重构,以保持与环境的动态平衡。研究表明,企业研发(R & D)组织对动态能力的构建发挥着关键性的作用。

| Abstract: | External environment of enterprise is complex and changeful in information era. Competitive advantage of enterprise is created at a faster speed and then substituted by new advantage. In order to acquire sustainable competitive advantage, enterprise should develop dynamic capabilities and rebuild existing capabilities to keep them in dynamic balance with surroundings. Research indicates that R&D department of enterprise plays a key role in building dynamic capability. |
