| 摘 要： | 本文以中国邮政储蓄银行为例,基于SCP范式对我国农村金融市场改革与发展的状况进行了实证分析。研究发现:在经历多年改革后,尽管我国农村金融市场集中度仍然较高,但总体上呈持续下降趋势,初步形成了多元化的农村金融市场结构,市场结构的改变导致邮政储蓄银行面对的竞争压力加大,促使其采取了一系列积极的市场行为,进而有力地改善了邮政储蓄银行的市场绩效。因此,应继续深化邮政储蓄银行等农村金融机构改革,推进农村金融体系多元化进程,增强农村金融市场竞争,构建一个多层次、广覆盖、适度竞争的农村金融市场。
