| 摘 要： | 首都零售业发展迅速、大型零售企业聚集、行业耗能巨大。对首都零售业"低碳"问题进行研究,符合建设"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"的要求,更是首都零售业转变经济增长模式的需要。研究发现,环保观念淡薄、制度建设缺失、资金不足是制约首都零售业"低碳"发展的主要因素,而要实现这一目标,需要政府、零售企业、消费者等社会各界的参与,齐抓共管、多方推进,方能有效促进首都零售业"低碳"发展。
