我国农民专业合作社发展的调查与建议

近年来,我国农民专业合作社发展迅猛,在促进农产品生产和流通方面发挥了越来越重要的作用。但从总体上看,农民专业合作社的发展仍处于起步阶段,存在着经营规模小、服务层次低、规范化程度不高、带动能力不强等问题。迫切需要提升金融服务和专业人才培养水平,加大税费减免和项目支持力度,进一步明确合作联社的法律地位,以促进农民专业合作社发展由数量扩张向量质并重转变。

Investigation and Suggestion on the Development of Farmers' Cooperatives in China

In recent years,farmers' cooperatives in China have developed rapidly and have played an increasingly important role in promoting the production and distribution of agricultural products.But in general,the development of farmers' cooperatives which is still at its initial stage has such problems as small business scale,low-level services,poor degree of normalization,weak driving force,etc.It is urgent and necessary to improve the financial services and the talents-cultivation level,increase the tax exemption or reduction and project support and give the cooperative union a clear legal status so as to promote the development of farmers' cooperatives from quantity-based one to one based on both quality and quantity.
