| 摘 要： | 本文以网络组织理论为分析工具来研究农产品流通问题。分析了农产品流通网络组织的结构特征和治理机制,认为农产品流通网络组织是一种介于企业组织和市场组织之间的组织形态。它能够克服市场组织和企业(科层)组织的缺点,是比市场更有效、比企业更灵活的协调方式。因此,农产品流通网络组织能够提高农产品流通效率,降低农产品流通成本,从而有助于解决小农户与大市场的矛盾,增加农民的收入。
