我国企业绩效评价指标体系构成研究

摘    要:绩效评价指标体系在现代企业管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文首先对企业绩效评价指标体系进行了定性规范;然后阐述了建立企业绩效评价指标体系的必要性;最后,在遵循企业绩效评价指标体系的设计原则基础上,构建了我国企业绩效评价指标体系。

Abstract:Indicator system of performance evaluation plays a more and more important role in moderncorporation management. This paper first gives a qualitative definition to the indicator system of enterpriseperformance evaluation, and then expounds the necessity to establish the indicator system for enterprise per-formance evaluation. Finally, the indicator system of performance evaluation for China's enterprises is con-structed on the basis of the establishment principle.
