消费安全文化:概念与内涵

摘    要:消费安全文化是保障消费安全的重要力量。基于对安全文化、消费安全等相关概念的梳理,认为消费安全文化是人们在消费实践领域内所建立起的具有稳定性的安全价值观和安全行为规范的总和,它通过影响经营者、监管者、消费者等消费领域参与主体的行为,最终实现消费安全,在本质上体现了以人为本。

Abstract:Consumption safety culture is an important force in consumer protection.Based on the analysis for the concepts of safety culture and consumption safety,the paper put forward the consumption safety culture is the sum of safety values and safety behavior standards that people practice in the field of consumption safety.With strong stability,the consumption safety culture operates by influencing providers,regulators and consumers,and manifests humanist essentially.
