| 摘 要： | 2004年12月11日是我国商业全面对外开放的期限,商贸理论焦点主要集中在以下14个方面,如大店法、流通现代化、流通基础产业论、产权制度改革、农产品流通现代化、整顿市场秩序、贸易经济学科现状及发展趋势、消费过冷还是过热、外资进入与开放、消费储值、流通领域的盲目建设和重复投资、自愿连锁、直销、内外贸易一体化14个方面。

| Abstract: | December 11th, 2004 is the deadline for all-round opening of Chinese commerce. The commerce and trade theories focus on the following 14 aspects: the law of commercial big shops, circulation modernization, theory of circulation as basic industry, reforms on the property right system, modernization of agricultural products circulation, rectification of market orders, present situation and developing trend of the science of trade economy, consumption whether dour or overheated, entering and opening of foreign capital, consumption deposit, blind construction and repeated investment in the field of circulation, voluntary chain marketing, direct sale and the integration of domestic and foreign trade. |
