| 摘 要： | 在梳理创业投资项目评选决策流程和指标体系相关的理论和研究成果,并整理我国一些典型创投机构项目评选指标的前提下,运用专家访谈法和层次分析法,在Tyebjee and Bruno(1984)设计的5大类18个细分指标的基础上,为所研究的案例公司构建了一个包括7大类31个细分指标的创投项目评选指标体系,并指出了其在评选决策流程中的作用,从而为一般的创投机构构建评选指标体系提供了参考。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the theories and researches on the selection process and index system for venture capital(VC) projects,and summarizes some project selection index adopted by several typical venture capital institutions in China.With the methods of expert interviews and AHP,this paper constructs an index system including 7 categories and 31 sub-indicators for VC project selection based on the index system proposed by Tyebjee & Bruno(1984) including 5 categories and 18 sub-indicators.It points out the function of such index system in the process of project selection,which can provide reference to general VC institutions in their building selection index system. |
