| 摘 要： | 全球经济的日益一体化对企业经营的国际化提出了更高的要求,融入WTO意味着中国的大型企业必须面对越来越激烈的全球竞争。从评述企业国际化理论和评价方法开始,对中国包括石油和石化、钢铁、IT设备制造、家电、汽车在内的五个行业大型企业的国际化程度进行研究,以期能够对全面了解中国大型企业的国际化程度有所帮助,并能对提升它们的国际竞争力有所裨益。 |

| Abstract: | The more and more integrated global economy brings a higher demand for the internationalization of business management. To merge into WTO means that those Chinese large-sized enterprises have to face more and more severe global competition. Starting from the comment on the internationalization theory and the evaluation methods, this paper studies the internationalization degree of Chinese large-sized enterprises in 5 industries, including oil and petroleum chemicals industry, iron &steel industry, equipment manufacture of IT industry, home appliance industry and auto industry. It expects to be helpful in understanding completely the internationalization degree of Chinese large-sized enterprises and in strengthening their international competitiveness. |
