Future Direction and Major Trend in the Research on Business Administration

Along with the development of modern economy, many new terms and ideas of business administration come into being. What direction will these new business administration researches go on? This paper proposes that prospective business administration researches will focus on five aspects: kernel direction of the research on business innovation, key direction of the research on the business managers, main direction of the research on human-oriented business administration, priority direction of the research on the scientific business management, comprehensive direction of the research on the business development. All these directions will be blended with each other to develop forward, forming various kinds of new business administration.
