中小企业融资的特殊性和亟待解决的问题

改革开放以来,中小企业对国民经济的贡献率不断提高,特别是在满足人们多样化和个性化需求、进行科技创新和增加社会就业总量等方面发挥着重要的作用。由于中小企业自身的因素和外部环境的影响,使得其在发展中形成了融资难等一系列问题。本文通过分析中小企业融资规律和融资特点,以及中小企业融资的国际经验,针对我国中小企业亟待解决的问题提出对策,以此推动我国中小企业的可持续发展。

The Particularity for the Financing of SMEs and Problems to be Solved Urgently

Since the reform and opening of China, the small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) haveincreasingly contributed to the development of national economy. In particular, SMEs have played an impor-tant role in satisfying people's demand for diversification and individuation, carrying out innovation in scienceand technology, and improving the total social employment. Due to the factors within SMEs themselves and theinfluence of external environments, there emerge a series of problems such as difficult financing during theirdevelopment. This paper analyzes the rules and characteristics of financing in SMEs as well as the interna-tional experiences of SMEs. It aims at the problems for China's SMEs to solve urgently and puts forward thecountermeasures to promote the sustainable development of China's SMEs.
