| 摘 要： | 本文利用2000年我国上市公司的相关数据,对上市公司再融资选择影响因素进行了实证检验,发现盈利能力、股利政策、成长性、公司是否同时发行境内外资股、境外外资股、以前年度配股次数、资产负债率、上市年限等因素与上市公司配股决策显著相关。

| Abstract: | With the use of the relevant data of Year 2000, this essay conducts an empirical examination on the factors that impact the refinancing choice of China's listed companies. It finds that the stock ration decisions of listed companies are obviously correlated with such factors as the profit-making capability, dividend policy, growth potential, dual listing of B stock in China and H stock or N stock abroad, frequency of former annual stock rations, equity-debt ratio and the duration as a listed company. |
