摘    要:本文从我国劳动力转移中存在的问题出发,阐述了贫困地区劳动力转移培训的重要性;并以实地调研的数据资料为依据,从受训人员、培训单位、管理部门三个不同的层面分析了目前我国(以扶贫办系统为主)贫困地区劳动力转移培训中存在的主要问题及其产生的原因;在此基础上,从准确定位、理顺关系、注重战略等三个方面提出了如何进一步做好我国贫困地区劳动力转移培训工作的对策和建议。

Abstract:This paper starts from the problems in the transfer of labor force and describes the importance of training in the transfer of labor force from impoverished art as. According to the data of field survey and from such three different aspects as trainees, training organizations and administrative departments, it analyses the main problems and reasons in the training of labor force transfer from China's impoverished areas (mainly within the system of Poverty Alleviation and Development Office). On that basis, from the three aspects such as proper orientation, smooth relationship and due attention to strategy, it brings forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to provide a better training in the transfer of labor force from China's impoverished areas.
