| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the problems that exist in the current administration of state-owned assets in colleges and universities, this essay examines the administrative mechanism for the causes of those problems, and suggests that a thorough solution to the problems lie in establishing a unified administrative organ and in perfecting all the relevant administrative regulations. |
