| 摘 要： | 对4508名被试测查结果的统计分析表明,山西大学生人格特征多传统色彩,少时代精神.该研究提出了一种人格特征综合评定的新模式;综合评定的计算结果与16种人格因素的计分结果一致,证明其科学、有效.

| Abstract: | students were tested,the statistic result revealed that the personality traits of college students in Shanxi Province are more Characteristic of the tradition than of the times.The study also suggests a new model for a comprehensive assessment of personality traits.The statistic results of using the new model was consistent with those of 16PF.And that the model is scientific and effective. |
