| 摘 要： | 卡特尔被普遍认为是所有反竞争行为中危害最大的。由来自多个国家的企业参加而形成的国际卡特尔则对全球经济和各国消费者有更为严重的危害。世界主要国家的竞争法都对这种行为加以规范和制裁。文章主要讨论卡特尔对市场竞争机制造成的损害,进而阐述并评述各国对卡特尔的遏制与打击的努力,最后提出中国在此问题上的立场。

| Abstract: | It is generally believed that cartel is of the most anti-competitive practice.The international cartel,which is formed by multi-national companies,has even more restrictive effects on the global economy and consumers.And it is regulated and sanctioned by the most of countries in the world. This essay is to discuss imperilment engendered by the international cartel on the market mechanism and then expounds the endeavors made by global competition authorities to fight against and deter it.At the last part of this essay,the author presents his own position on how China should deal with this issue. |
